In my case he understood the typical client who would be interested in moving into an “Over 55 Community”- what their needs are, what they would be looking for, and what to expect. He is a good communicator- modifying his marketing/advertising approach as needed. He gave me updates a few times/ week regarding showings and responses. He also kept in touch with other realtors by following up on their visits, opinions, and interest of their clients. Dave is easy to work with- pleasant, easy going, and confident. I felt assured he was in charge and had a good understanding of the market and its challenges. He represented me very well from the time my house went on the market until Settlement.
