David did an outstanding job selling my mothers home. I am out of state and David went by regularly to check out the property. He found a leak and not only did he fix it, he removed the wet carpets and used his shop vac to clean up the mess! David’s regular communication is outstanding. He keeps you up to date via texts and emails. You always know the state of the market and feedback on property viewings. I cannot say enough good things about David. David is genuine, conscientious, knowledgeable, supportive, timely, and gets the job done!

Dave was absolutely wonderful to work with, especially as a first time homebuyer.
