We were selling our house due to my husbands job relocation. My husband had to go to Texas while I sold the house. It was stressful however David made it easy. David helped me move furniture and stage my home for professional pictures. Our house sold within two weeks. We did not even make it to the open house, however if we would have I’m sure our house would have smelled like warm cookies. He introduced me to Kelly a professional cleaner and she literally detailed my home to include the windows. The inspector found a roof leak in my garage and David was on it and helped me get a quote from his contact, and the roof work got done in record time time at a reasonable price. We sailed through closing with no hiccups. I would use him again in a minute.
