Great moving experience!

Our agent, David Hinkel, made selling our home to downsize and move to a retirement community a seamless and worry free experience. We were very concerned about getting the price we wanted for our home, but Dave's knowledge of the of the real estate market in this area took away our concerns. He told us what to expect for sales price and how long it would take to sell and he was right on both counts. Dave's communications with us were excellent and he kept us well informed through the entire process. He was very professional and helped us in many ways such as finding contractors for us to complete necessary repairs, etc. I would very highly recommend Dave to anyone buying or selling their home.
