Back in 2005 David helped us sell our Escondido home and find a new home in San Diego. This was a long process as we had not yet decided in which neighborhood we wanted to move into. It took us roughly about half a year when we found our home in the Clairemont area of San Diego. When we decided to sell this home this year, it was a no brainer to hire David again. This time again it was a difficult situation as we decided to move out of state and the new owners had a VA loan. David again was very professional through out the whole process, dealing with all our questions and all the other issues that came up during the closing of this sale. We definitely recommend David for any real estate dealings anybody might have.

David is the absolute best! From the first time we met to the signing of papers for our new house, he was there every step of the way. My husband and I had spoken to other realtors in the past and were always put off by how overly insistent and overwhelming they could be, but David was EXACTLY the right amount of transparent and patient! Not only that, but he was absolutely fantastic with our kids while we lugged them around from house showing to house showing.
