Back in 2005 David helped us sell our Escondido home and find a new home in San Diego. This was a long process as we had not yet decided in which neighborhood we wanted to move into. It took us roughly about half a year when we found our home in the Clairemont area of San Diego. When we decided to sell this home this year, it was a no brainer to hire David again. This time again it was a difficult situation as we decided to move out of state and the new owners had a VA loan. David again was very professional through out the whole process, dealing with all our questions and all the other issues that came up during the closing of this sale.
