David Ham, over a very busy July from offer to close, though I live out of state, was able to help me immensely in Summerlin, Las Vegas. We communicated some days over a dozen times, by text, email, or voice. The document processes was professional and I appreciated that final docs that were brought to me by a Notary. To get the home in excellent condition, and then meet extra needs from the buyer, required David's local contacts and for him to often be onsite to confirm perfection on my behalf.
