We were really impressed with David. He was practical, level-headed and did not bring any of the puffery/marketing nonsense we heard from the other realtors we interviewed. We felt he represented us very well and, unlike some past realtors we have worked with, we felt like he was truly on our side rather than trying to get a quick commission. We will be using him again.
Wow. As an investor, I could not overestimate David as a real estate agent. Has been working together since 2017, done at least 50 closings for me. I never had a need to even think of getting another realtor on board. David is knowlegeble, honest, transperent, humble, loyal and will always put his clients needs first. He has a great personality and become a friend of mine since then. He is always looking to help and contrubute his knowledge. My warmest recommendation will be to leverage his expertise and hire him for any of your real estate needs.
David is a great agent, worked with him in many deals, both as a Seller and as a Buyer. David is a real professional, smart and kind, he would analyze the deal from any angle, will point out any issues, great at communicating with other agents, smoothing the differences between the parties, super devoted, and super fast in responding! he is also understands the psychology of a deal and its dynamics and above it all, he is a CLOSER- when he smells a deal, he will close it! for me it happened 100% of the times!
