He knew everything about the area in which I was hoping to live, and had firsthand knowledge of the sellers. The kind of people they were, and the work they’d done on the property. The sort of information a buyer appreciates when about to make an offer on a house. When I asked him questions, he gave good advice and he was always personable. I would recommend him highly as a prospective agent if you are looking for one.
