David Gruninger

David was referred to us from friends who met him as a realtor representing the seller of a home they were buying. When we asked who they used, they told us who they had wished they used and gave us David’s name and phone number! He is a consummate real estate professional whether you are buying or selling. We met on the phone during the Covid 19 shutdown. We gave him our needs and he began sending us to properties to evaluate on the internet. Within a week we zeroed in on a couple of properties and agreed to meet to tour them. Everything that he did for us was not only sanitized but set up to have not have to touch anything. This very important to us! We fell in love with a property and David went to work to negotiate a fantastic price for us. This involved a very strategic plan and David’s understanding of the market and his professional approach to making sure that the buyers and sellers (he did not represent the sellers) were able to reach their goals and feel good about the transaction. David went above and beyond to match our goals with our budget. He also referred us to other professionals for everything from inspections, trusted contractors to design professionals.
