David is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. He is professional and very knowledgeable. He responds to texts and emails immediately and he always took care of us himself. He has contacts with contractors who were able to fix the few repairs that were needed before listing the house and as a result there were no surprises at the time of the inspection. He helped us stage the house beautifully and did excellent photo marketing. We had multiple offers after one day on the market and David helped negotiate the best terms and price.
