I can't speak highly enough of my experience with David. This was my first experience selling a home and I was intimidated by the process. As a busy professional, I needed someone that could take the reins. David is knowledgeable, professional, timely, trusting, and most importantly straight forward. House went on the market on a Wednesday, by Thursday we had 6 showings scheduled and had offers by Friday.
