David was fantastic to work with. Even before we had a chance to meet in person he was working hard to find the right spot for my wife and I to move to. David is knowledgeable, responsive, extremely hard working, persistent, caring and effective. I can't recommend him enough!

David Garofalo is the best Realtor I've ever experienced. While on vacation I set up numerous house appointments. David was more than accommodating with my schedule. I found one I loved and pulled the trigger for a retirement home. While up north I found a furniture set on Marketplace 30 minutes from the new home. I explained this to David and he offered to put a deposit down to hold it until I got back down. After settlement he helped me pick up the set and another set and bring it to my new home! That was an very kind offer from David, who did not have to do that. David has taught me there are some great selfless people out there and he is one of them! Thank you David Garofalo!
