David was always willing to help us with any home we were interested in. We were wintering on Sanibel Island and whenever we seen a home that come up new David jumped on that home for us to get us in to see it asap. He helped with any questions we had and if he didnt know the answer he would find out for us. We had David driving all over the state with us sometimes for 5 or 6 hours with no complaints from David. When we found the house we wanted he helped in every way in making sure we put the right offer in without hurting our budjet but high enough to make sure we were in line to get the home. Way to go David.

David was as helpful and knowledgeable as anyone could ask. His quick responses to questions, knowledge of the area and recommendations of what should be done to the property before and during the selling process made it really easy on me. This was my first experience in selling a home and David walked me through every detail with extreme patience and offered as much help as I needed. David is courteous, flexible and all around a nice man. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Dave was friendly and professional all the way. Always answered my questions promptly and even texted me just to see how I was doing while the house was under construction.
