Our experience started with David sitting down with us and walking us through the entire process with him as our realtor. David went above and beyond as his “package” included our home being pressure washed, professionally cleaned, some landscaping spiffing up, and a “stager” to give tips to better show the property. We have bought and sold several homes and never have we had a realtor do these things. Obviously, David wanted to sell our home but he also valued and worked to accommodate our concerns.
