David stays on top of every detail, very attentive, responsive and very helpful, thanks to him we had no issues buying and selling our houses. Highly recommend him as a great professional and excellent realtor.

I must say that Dave and his wife Dana Floyd were excellent in helping us in looking for the right house. We looked for a year. We came across some houses, but refused them. If we had a concern or question it was answered quickly. We put in an offer for a house , but the offer was triggered for more than the set value. Dave would not allow that and told the people he would not do that to us. We were definitely in Dave and Dana’s best interest. We did not want to move out further. Dana showed us a house and we finally decided to take a look after a year of them telling us to check out the area. We finally did. It was only 15 minutes further. We put in a contract and it went through. Everything we asked for to get done on the house was taken care of. We had some minor issues, but Dave was on it right away. Long story not too short I definitely recommend Dave Floyd and Dana for the work that they put in. Our first experience was great. They stayed with us through this long process and gave us great advice as we looked at different houses. They were never ready to give up! Thank You for your time and dedication.
