David O'Neal goes out of his way to make you feel like his most important client. He knows how to get top price for your sale and how to get you the house that is the best for you. This is the 7th transaction my wife or I have used David for and will use him again.
I bought and sold a property with David and both times he showed why he might be the best real estate agent in the game. With my sell, he told me exactly what I had to do to get top dollar. Everything he suggested worked and my property went for more than my neighbors, who had more square footage and upgrades who sold at the same time that I did. When my sale price hit, my neighbors called and asked how I got that price. I said you get what you pay for, and you can't put a dollar amount on the service and personal attention David gave to me and all his clients.
