Everything he suggested worked and my property went for more than my neighbors, who had more square footage and upgrades who sold at the same time that I did. When my sale price hit, my neighbors called and asked how I got that price. I said you get what you pay for, and you can't put a dollar amount on the service and personal attention David gave to me and all his clients.
