David Estes

David Estes is the only realtor I have used for nearly 10 years now. He has sold two homes and (bought and sold) five different lots for us as well. He is always on top of everything that comes up with each deal that we have done (12 closings so far) and is with you every step of the way. I don't know why you would need anyone else because you get a great team with David and his wife Ruth. To top it all off, they got us full asking price in a short amount of time, consider them both true friends both personally and professionally.

David went above and beyond in his service to helping us find our first home. He is diligent and trustworthy. You will not find someone to work harder for you and put your best interest first.

In this hot market, anybody can sell your home...not all will fight for top dollar for you. David helped my wife and I sell our home and buy and new, getting a deal on the new home and top dollar on the sale of our old home. I'd use him again in a heartbeat!
