"David is the most amazing real estate Broker that I have ever known or experienced. I have been a real estate salesperson, a Broker, and a real estate appraiser. Nearly two years ago, I had expressed an interest in Vendome Village. David continued to send me listings of properties that match my requirements. I finally was ready to list my property. We are writing this as a reference for David Dec, who was our realtor for selling our home recently. When we initially called David to let him know that we wanted him to help us sell our home in the Mainlands, he said that he was more than happy to help us. We set up an appointment for the next day and David showed up with tons of information: graphs, charts, photos, comparable listings, etc. We were extremely impressed right from the start with the data and how quickly he was able to put it together. After David took a look around our house, we sat in our living room and David explained the current market for our neighborhood and what we should expect. We came to a conclusion on what to list the house for, and the strategy that he wanted to employ going forward in the process. The showings for our home began immediately and continued steadily throughout the entire time we had our house listed.
