We hired Dave mainly due to his answering all of the questions on what and how he would sell our home even before we asked. He was on top of the housing market and what he suggested to list our home at was more than we thought and sold in one day. AGAIN, Dave knows his market area.

David was able to show us mobile parks in the area the very next day that we contacted him. We decided on 1 park which did not have anything of our liking. Left the area for a week but he contacted us within 2 days as a few units were going on the market within this park that we liked. Within the next week we were able to purchase a place that we love with all the paperwork ready for closing.

Nearly two years ago, I had expressed an interest in Vendome Village. David continued to send me listings of properties that match my requirements. I finally was ready to list my property. He arrived with 4 bound reports showing every bit of information available about my home, my community, my town. David always went out of his way to accommodate our viewing times to look at properties in Mainlands. He gave us his honest opinion on the properties n wanted what was best for us. David did his homework very well before he showed us properties n is very knowledgeable about real estate in general. What we loved about David is that he was not pushy n never demonstrated greed to make a sale just because he had to make money. His clients r his top priority. When my husband and I were looking for a house to buy for my older brother, we happened upon David Dec, realtor. During our first phone conversation I jokingly told him I wanted to see a certain property in about 15 minutes - and he said without hesitation "OK." We met, he showed us a number of houses over the course of about a month, we found "the one" and David negotiated a good deal for both us and the seller. Everyone was happy. Dave was very productive in selling my fathers home . He met with me the day I decided to sell , he brought an impressive spread sheet along with pictures of current and recent sales in the mainlands. I ask him to give me a week to clean and organize the place so he could take pictures. as soon as I called he was there again right away. he held open house on Saturday and Sunday I was impressed with that alone. The house had a couple of offers right away and I did not accept the first two, they wanted to low ball me and Dave told me he would do whatever I wanted. That’s important in itself! I met David at an open house I the Mainlands. I had no idea what I was doing at that time. I needed to sell my house and figure out what I wanted. My husband wasn’t sure what he wanted to do or if Mainlands was the right place.. David came to our house and answered our questions and made us feel comfortable in the decisions we were about to make. He was there when ever I needed him thru the entire process.
