David asked questions to find out what I was looking for when my house sold. We went through several properties before we found the one that was right for me. I really appreciate the patience he showed during showing me houses. I would definitely use him again and tell my friends about him.

The first time we met he came over with a market analysis that had a lot of good information that he used to determine the true value of my home. Following his advise I got double what I paid for the place he is very knowledgeable and has many contacts to get stuff done if the need arises. For instance the buyers needed to have a permanent foundation for there financing and David knew who to call and within a few weeks it was done. He even offered to bring over his work truck that had a hydraulic lift gate on the back to help me load a very heavy tool box onto my truck that I needed to move to my new job. We ran into a few problems the closer we got to closing but David came through for us and took care of everything. If your looking to buy or sell I highly recommend him you won’t be disappointed.
