Working with David as our realtor has been a breeze from start to finish. He truly put our needs first and we found our home in no time. He was able to help us find our home even though we were located in a different state. He made accommodations to make things work such as showing properties to us using video calling technology like FaceTime and we had meetings via Zoom and phone conversation. When I flew into California to see the home in person, he picked me up from the airport and took me to the property. He always had our best interests in mind during the every step of the way. He is extremely experienced in this market and was able to advise what comprised a competitive offer and always ensured we had a seat at the table in every deal. He had many connections throughout the area and was able to help us with contractors, home inspectors, lenders etc. Highly recommend David for anyone serious about getting into a new home or selling their current one. -Blake
