In 2002, my family relocated to the Tampa Bay area, trading cold winters for Florida sunshine and shoreline—a move that cemented my lifelong connection to life on the water.
Coming from a construction-oriented family, I was immersed in real estate fundamentals at a young age and purchased my first home in St. Petersburg at just 19. That early experience gave me a practical understanding of property value, building quality, and long-term investment potential—insight that continues to benefit my clients today.
