We actually met Dave when our landlord was selling their house that we were currently in. Dave offered his services and trusting our landlords, we went with him. Dave was very helpful in helping us find our new home, it actually happened within a week! He was really helpful in finding us a lender as well as explaining all the details of a first-time home purchase. It was very intimidating in the beginning, but with Dave's help, we were able to find our dream home. Dave is friendly, to the point and not your typical "wheeler and dealer".
