Since graduating from the University of Southern California with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance, Dave has been involved in all aspects of real estate. Early in his career, Dave formed his own company which provided brokerage, management and construction services to owners of REO properties. Dave's clients included Citibank, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae and GE Capital, amongst others. Dave now applies his business knowledge to buying and selling luxury homes in the South Bay.
