Dave was an amazing agent. He was always there to walk me through each step in the process and give me as many updates as he could through it all. There were some set backs in the process but he always had a positive approach towards the solution. He never got annoyed with how much I was asking for updates. Honestly he even took less from the sale just so I could close on the house! Dave is amazing and if you want someone who is very knowledgeable and kind and will do anything he can to get you to closing Dave is the agent for you for sure!
