This was not an up-sale, but a honest attempt to find me a house that fit my needs. And wouldn't you know it... I bought one the ones I wouldn't have considered. Exactly on budget, and included things that I thought wasn't in my price range. He walked me through the entire process, and made me feel I was a priority and not just a pay day.
