Our house in Pollocksville was on the Trent River, so it was a difficult sell after Hurricane Florence in 2018. We were high above flood level, but people were reluctant to take a chance on river property at that time. Dave didn't give up. He knew we needed to move to New Bern because of health issues, and he was determined to sell the house for us.
