After having some major issues with our first realtor we were desperate to find someone who would put in the time and effort that was needed to sell our house in an rapidly changing real estate environment. We decided to actually shop around and make a realtor earn our trust and treat our search as though we were hiring and employee. We were in dark times, extremely frustrated and had even considered scrapping the idea of selling our house and just moving back into it. We started getting calls from realtors and none of them really stood out to us, until David called. David had already researched our house. He had comps ready. He was excited about our property.
