Dave has been our agent in four purchases and sales. We use him exclusively because of his professionalism, candor and common sense. David helped make the process so smooth and worked with my lender and escrow agent to even close a week early! There were a couple of stressful days and he was very reassuring that everything would work out, and it sure did, he even drove out of county to get my signed papers to deliver so I could close on time. He's a good guy and great agent with his client's best interests at heart and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
