David Bastian

Real Estate Advisor Dave Bastian is an experienced, full-time Realtor with Legacy Real Estate & Associates in Livermore, California. His strong negotiation skills, perfected marketing strategies and 100% Service Excellence philosophy complement his work ethic to help his clients buy and sell more properties throughout California. Originally from upstate New York, Dave moved in the Tri-Valley area in 2007 and launched his real estate career in 2013 after seeing the financial opportunity of owning and selling property firsthand. Before real estate, Dave owned his own audio-visual tech company in Southern California. Outside of real estate, Dave enjoys rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers, doing outdoor sports and spending time with his family and his two Pitbull’s: Sky and Cappuccino.
