In spite of a number of unusual challenges and obstacles to selling an inherited family home a thousand miles away during a quarantine, David and his assistant Carrie were proactive in every way possible, bringing in a number of bids, all above our asking price the very weekend the property went up for sale. These people are down-to-earth, on the level, hard-working, and a pleasure to work with in every regard. I can not recommend them highly enough.
