David A. helped the reviewer sell this property

Far more than a top-tier realtor

Objectively speaking, David is an excellent realtor. Savvy, strategic, thorough communicator, and extremely well-versed in the Cape Cod/South Shore market. I was thrilled at the speed and outcome of the transaction. Already, hiring him should be a no-brainer. Beyond that though, David understood that selling my home was deeply personal. He was very patient and kind, emotionally attuned, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. I always felt heard and seen, never rushed or looked over. Sharp expertise and real empathy are a rare pairing, but with David, you get the best of both.
