Working with David was a great experience from start to finish. As first time homebuyers, he made sure that we felt informed about every step of the process. He made himself available whenever we needed him, and he had honest and helpful feedback about every house we were interested in (i.e. age of the appliances, furnace, type of air conditioning, potential repairs needed). We were buying from out of state and had to do some showings virtually, including for the house we ended up purchasing, and he was a true professional with the virtual visits and was able to give us an honest impression of the surrounding neighborhood and potential road noise, among other details that can be hard to envision remotely.
