Davi absolutely crushes it. We’ve gone with him for our last 3 purchases, and he has been able to get our offer accepted under asking in such a hot seller’s market. On top of that he always gets us repairs or credits. This guy works 8 days a week, is very easy to get a hold of, and always has a smile on his face. He is a crucial member of our portfolio building team.
