Davenee Nelson is a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Alliance serving buyers and sellers throughout Northern Colorado. Licensed in Colorado since January 2006, she brings a unique combination of real estate, construction, development, and home design experience to every transaction.
Before beginning her real estate career, Davenee spent seven years as a Lighting Specialist working with both retail customers and new home builders. She regularly reviewed blueprints with homeowners, collaborated with electricians during construction walk-throughs, and helped design lighting layouts for new homes. This hands-on experience provided her with a strong understanding of how homes are built and how thoughtful design impacts everyday living.
Davenee later worked for a builder/developer where she assisted with residential lot sales, land development projects, and the construction and marketing of spec homes. Through this experience, she gained valuable insight into infrastructure, new construction, and the development process from the ground up.
Today, Davenee helps clients navigate all stages of homeownership—from first-time buyers and growing families to downsizing homeowners and seniors transitioning into their next chapter. She believes informed clients make confident decisions and is committed to providing honest guidance, clear communication, and personalized service throughout the buying and selling process.
Committed to continuing education and professional excellence, Davenee holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS®), and Residential Construction Certified (RCC®) designations.
