Very patient and knowledgeable. Pleasure to work with and no pressure approach

We really enjoyed working with Dave. He has substantial knowledge related to market and stayed true to our funding/location constraints. He was very responsive and put forth considerable effort to meet us on short notice. We were not purchasing any high-end property but we never felt as though we were a low priority. He is extremely friendly and has a great sense of humor. These traits lower the stress level, which is always welcome when entering a real estate transaction. We would definitely recommend him to others if asked.
