David made my selling experience a breeze. it was my first time selling so I was a little nervous. Dave is very knowledgeable, as much as he is responsive. I kept asking him questions on the weekend, or late at night but he always responded thoroughly. Dave helped finding a contractor to do some repairs and completed it quickly. He also followed up with other parties involved to remind them of what needed to be done so the closing didn't get delayed. I would choose Dave again in the future when we need a realtor.

I met with him over a year before listing my property, to seek his recommendations for preparing the house for sale.
