I sold a town home in Becks Woods. Dave would mail a 1/4ly report listing Becks Woods homes for sale, those under contract & those closed as well as a comment on the market in general. My home was a rental for the past 7 yrs while we resided in FL so not being in the area made Dave's 3 mo report a valuable tool to keep me in the know. Other realtors sent me a birthday card & one guy sent a $1 lottery tkt with it but Dave provided valuable info so many yrs after having met him I called to say the time was finally right to sell.
