Dave is first class. I was a first-time homebuyer and am thankful that I did my homework before selecting a realtor. I found Dave to be very professional, upstanding, responsive, a good listener, thoughtful, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, experienced, willing to teach, pleasant to work with, and more flexible and accommodating than his competition.
