I came back to MD recently to renovate a property I inherited in Silver Spring. During that time, I got to interview more than a dozen real estate agents. My criteria was rather simple, I just needed a seasoned Realtor that I could trust, to provide representation for me in MD after I went back to FL. And, one who would respect the common courtesy for a returned phone call or email, which is unfortunately a lost civility in today’s real-estate sales arena despite the vast growth of tech & communications. I found all those things and more when I met Dave Savercool. Here is why I chose Dave. 1) Dave was the Only One out of ALL the agents I spoke with, who told me that I needed to file an exemption form for a non-resident seller for Maryland tax withholdings. This meant 8% more money in my pocket! 2) Dave was the Only One who told me that my property’s market-value was significantly higher than what every other agent said it was. And, he was right! My property sold at List Price and over $20K more than the highest comparable sale. 3) Dave is a seasoned professional who conducts the entire real-estate process as a chess match, always foreseeing the market and buyer’s moves several steps in advance. And, I must say that branded name, SAVERCOOL, is just one you can't walk away from, lol. I’m glad I met Dave, he did really well for me and I’m happy with my decision to hire him and his team.
