We don’t have enough nice things to say about Dave! From the beginning he was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and always did research of the house for us. We saw about 8 houses and he patiently allowed us to have open discussions as well as help with our little one (who sat in his lap and had snacks while we signed all the paperwork).
