Dave and his team were extremely helpful and responsive. Dave provided a thorough CMA and walked us through the selling process to make sure we understood what to expect. Shalee was great in helping us through multiple offers and negotiating terms to best fit our needs and timelines. There was no pressure on accepting an offer just for them to complete the sale. We were provided advice on strengths of the offers and things to consider when reviewing all the aspects of the offer. The best description of Shalee's efforts came on a day where she essentially was negotiating from about 7 AM to 6 PM, with an email chain between us closing in on approximately 100 replies. Jeanette helped ensure a smooth transition from the offer acceptance to closing. The professional photographer Dave uses provided great pictures for the MLS listing. The only area we would have liked a bit better guidance would have been with staging. Other than that, it's hard to imagine making it through our selling process without Dave and his team. There were others behind the scenes I'm forgetting that helped with logistics, and they were all great to work with as well.

Dave did an excellent job helping us buy our new house in Holladay. We weren't even looking to actively buy but we had been browsing on Zillow for a couple weeks "just for fun" when we came across a beautiful home that caught our interest. Dave’s team really made home buying process seem easy for us. Jeannette was always ready to answer any questions we had navigating the documents and in and outs of our home sale, so that we felt comfortable making any decisions needed. I absolutely loved working with Tammy while searching for a new home, she was very knowledgeable, and was able to provide input and ask our builder questions we would not have known to ask, making the process easier for us. Seth was very helpful in helping us find a home to buy. He always was quick to answer questions by phone, texts, or email. He had several homes lined up to look at as we had traveled some distance and only had a couple days to look for a home. He kept us up to date on the negotiations, inspection process, appraisal. He recommended loan companies we could work with, inspection people, etc. He even sent us a list of phone numbers to help us sign up for all the utilities. And to top it off, he brought us a gift as we were moving in. We would recommend Seth and company to anyone that is buying a home.
