I would highly recommend. What great people and awesome experience working with them. Was able to use a free moving truck to move my furniture into my new home. Was only responsible to put fuel in it.

Dave was really good to keep us calm. He was great to get all of the process of getting our home posted very seamless. Our home started slow and we were getting nervous we had posted to high. He worked with us to find a good price to draw interest and got enough that with great negotiating skills he got us back very close to our original asking price, which was what we had really needed. He kept my wife and I calm through the entire process and his team kept in great contact with us throughout the entire ordeal.
We loved working with Utah Dave. We tried to sell our home last year with another agent with no success. We would have lost thousands and thousands of dollars had we sold then. Our house was under contract within a week this time around and we got offered above asking price. I would highly recommend Dave and his incredible team to anyone I know!
Dave was fantastic! This was our first experience selling a home, and we were a bit confused about the process, but every time we emailed Dave or his team with a question, they responded within usually an hour. They were very helpful in guiding us through the process. When we had our house under contract, the appraisal came back 25k below asking, Dave was able to negotiate for the buyers to pay for another appraisal, and he convinced us to hold out another week for the results of the second appraisal. The second appraisal came back right at our asking price! We would absolutely 100% recommend Dave and his team to anyone!
