We listed our home with Dave Robison and Keisha Kentner and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. With COVID-19 rampant, our dealings were mostly based around virtual meetings and electronic communications. Even still, they kept everything on track with contracted deadlines and were always available and quick to offer assistance whenever needed. Our experience was exceptionally ideal: listed on a Thursday, under contract the following Monday, every process throughout the contract went seamlessly, and we ended up closing above the listed price.

After my home buying experience, I felt I needed to write a quick review of what it was like to work with this business & Jeff. For months I had been looking for a condo in a very specific area that was affordable. I found a listing I wanted to see and Jeff meet me there the same day. I didn’t like the property so we parted ways. About an hour later I got a call from the agent that I had met with (Jeff) and he said there was another that just came in the market. He met me there about 20 minutes later. With my crazy work schedule & in the middle of the Covid craziness he accommodated me without hesitation. We arrived at the condo, it was perfect and I immediately put an offer in at 8:00pm that night. Jeff was the most unselfish person I’ve ever dealt with in real estate as he worked well past normal business hours to get the offers, counters, and submissions done very quickly. Any complicated questions I gave him were researched and quickly handled. He was available & helpful even after the closing and was absolutely incredible & professional the entire time. He understood my needs and worked with my lender closely to make sure that we met all the deadlines to make it happen. Our chance meeting has gotten Jeff a lifelong customer should I need ANY real estate advice or needs. With the climate of the Covid pandemic he didn’t skip a beat, and the process was seamless from beginning to end. Under “normal” circumstances he is probably a rock star, and under the ones we were working in he excelled & exceeded even my high expectations.
