Kyle was our realtor. Would have liked better explanation from him as to the value he added to the process. Or just the value a realtor added to the process in general. It was a bit transactional at times. Other than that, he was very responsive, knowledgeable, punctual, supportive, etc. he made us feel excited about each step along the way and finding a home (not just a house) within our budget.
I’ve now sold 2 homes with the help of Dave and his amazing team! Every interaction with them is prompt and helpful from the beginning to the end. Dave and his team are not just there to sell your house, I’ve instantly felt like part of the GoBe family from the first time I sold with them, and will not have anyone else sell my future houses than them!

Pros: Keisha was great! She worked hard to get our home sold for top dollar. It had over 50 showings the first weekend and 9 offers. We were able to make it all the way through closing with no major headaches or issues. Jeanette and the other office staff were very helpful as well. We would definitely work with Keisha again. Cons: We never actually heard from Dave at all. There was a bait and switch at the beginning of things and then at the very end we got a very tacky robocall from him asking for referrals. We would have preferred they just explain at the beginning how things were going to go. If you can't put in 5 minutes of actual effort towards a client, maybe just skip the referral ask.
We worked with Seth on closing on our new home. He was awesome! The builder was giving us a lot of incorrect information but Seth was always on top of it to make sure communication was clear and we got the home we wanted. He is great!

They were very professional and sold our house really quickly - in the first weekend it was listed. I liked their method of using an app for scheduling showings and feedback, it was more effective than an open house, especially during a pandemic. They were efficient at moving us through all the steps from getting the house ready to sold, and they were knowledgeable and helpful with questions.
