The videos he does for each house saves me time of having to look at each one. The videos are detailed and Dave will point out the good and bad about the property. Dave is also a asset for contractors in any repairs needed and has saved me money with quality contractors. 1 year later Dave is helping me purchase 2 more rentals. Cant recommend Dave enough if you want a Realtor that will make your new investment property a painless process being prompt, responsive and knowledgeable for the whole process.
