Good from Beginning to End

Dave was very helpful, very knowledgable, and very friendly. His whole career has been in Toledo real estate so he is familiar with the local laws and ordinances (different from other Ohio cities), which directly affect the deal and helped inform my decision. He also knows the quality of neighborhoods which which affects the livability/rentability of a property. He was even willing to "run the numbers" on properties I was considering to see in the end whether they would be profitable investments or not. He was very good at communication: he proactively kept in touch with me to make sure the purchase process moved along smoothly, and he was accessible whenever I had questions about anything. He responded to texts and emails promptly which is a sign of professionalism. He has investment properties himself which means he is able to judge a deal and offer practical advice from the perspective of a potential owner. In the end we closed a deal on a property that I am very satisfied with, and I will use him again when I get my next property in Toledo.
