I bought my house site unseen as I was living in VT at the time. He set me up with daily emails for houses in my budget and the floorplans I liked. He made the whole process smooth and was there for me every step of the way during this difficult process. I am thrilled with the house and couldn’t have asked for anything better. He negotiated lower than expected and I got the house cheaper than I thought I would.
