Dave represented us when finding and buying a home in The Villages. Dave could not have been better from the initial consultation, to selecting and touring homes, to providing valuable advice on the offer/deal strategy, all the way through the closing process. He even helped us with a few things post-closing because we needed to head back up north. Dave is very knowledgeable in The Villages real estate market. He is also very knowledgeable with updating/improving homes. Dave routinely was able to provide estimated costs in making various improvements/updates in real time while touring a home, along with offering creative suggestions. With most homes in the Villages needing some level of updating, this was REALLY valuable to us as buyers. Dave is very professional. We felt he was always looking out for OUR best interests even when those interests might diverge from his. I would highly recommend Dave as a realtor.
